Aberdeen Heights wins customer experience award
Aberdeen Heights is proud to announce it won the 2024Customer Experience Award from Pinnacle Quality Insight, a customer satisfaction measurement firm with 26 years of experience in senior care and senior living. Qualifying for the award for its health care center means Aberdeen Heights has placed in the top 15% of care providers nationwide across a 12-month average.
“This award is a great honor for our community because it’s earned based on the word of our residents and their families,” said Christie Wolff, executive director. “We’re proud to see the trust they have put in our ability to serve them well.”
Throughout 2023, residents and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews, answering open-ended questions and rating Aberdeen Heights in multiple categories. Based on the answers, Pinnacle has determined that the community has qualified for the award for skilled nursing in the health care center in the following service areas:
• Admission Process
• Dignity and Respect
• Professional Therapy Services
Throughout its history Aberdeen Heights has placed a strong emphasis on ensuring that the individual needs of every resident are met. This award reinforces that commitment.

Aberdeen Heights has served the St. Louis County area since 2011 with independent and assisted living, skilled nursing care, memory care, and short-term rehabilitation.
