We have 317 apartments and suites, with 234 independent living apartments — perfectly sized to get to know your neighbors easily. In independent living, we offer beautiful one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 756 to 1,838square feet.
Our main entrance doors are locked between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m., and a team member regularly walks the buildings during those hours. All other exterior doors are locked 24 hours a day. All patio doors lock automatically. Independent living residents are given a security fob to open any exterior door. All guests are asked to enter through the front door and register at the concierge desk.

We offer six unique contract plans for independent living with various refundable portions based on your specific needs or choices.
Our independent living apartments require a one-time entrance fee that is 90 percent refundable to you or your estate. Paying an up-front entrance fee is an investment that secures your money and provides the guaranteed, ongoing benefit of having lower monthly costs. Monthly fees for independent living start at $2,839 per month for one person ($1,845 second person fee), depending on the residence. Rates are subject to periodic review. We recommend you speak with your financial adviser about the best option for you.

Yes. We allow smaller dogs (up to 20 pounds) and cats in independent living, based on temperament. Meet and greet of your furry friend is required. We also have a dog park on campus. Fish and birds are welcome as well.
