Christie Wolff

LNHA, Executive Director
Christie Wolff, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, assumed the role of executive director in April 2021 after serving as the senior marketing and sales director at the community. Wolff has more than 25 years of experience in the health care field, where she has served in various roles including administrator of an assisted living community, as well as the assistant executive director for an independent living community. Her ultimate goal is to bring exceptional services to the residents she serves that will enhance their quality of life. When away from work, Christie finds joy in spending time with her husband and three children.

Anthony "Tony" Altobella

Administrator of The Glen
Tony joined Aberdeen Heights in February 2022 and is the administrator at The Glen, our assisted living, and healthcare neighborhoods. He's a licensed nursing home administrator with more than 20 years of experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, assisted living, and memory care. He's also a speech language pathologists specializing in neurological disorders. When not at work, Tony spends time as a youth baseball coach.

Courtney Bruns

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Courtney joined Aberdeen Heights in 2018 as a Concierge. She became the executive assistant to the executive director in 2020. She brings years of experience in the mental health field and has a master’s degree in counseling. Courtney’s personal mission is to help others. She feels Aberdeen Heights provides a wonderful opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others. In her free time, she tries to keep up with her two young adult children and three pets. She also enjoys reading, traveling to new places and exercising, especially playing hockey.

Joel Hackbarth

Life Enrichment Director
Joel joined The Glen at Aberdeen Heights early in 2022. He has several years of experience in long-term care and senior living. Joel earned his Bachelor of Science in Music Therapy from Maryville University. Outside work he's been the artistic director for the performing arts center Alfresco Productions in Granite City.

Beatriz Quinn

Sales and Marketing Director
Bea joined Aberdeen Heights in February 2021, bringing more than a decade's worth of experience in marketing and sales in senior services. Before joining senior living Bea worked in other industries, including at Coca Cola. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business at Webster University.

Ruben Rodriguez

Environmental Services Director
Ruben has been with Aberdeen Heights since March 2021. Before his work in senior living community, Ruben worked as a manager and director in the hospitality industries at different well-known hotels. He also has experience working at hospitals. His education is from Harris Stowe State University.

Mark Williams

Dining Services Director
Mark has been working at Aberdeen Heights since June 2021, but started his new position at Director of Dining Services in March 2022. Mark has more than 26 years of experience in dining, as a restaurant manager and director of banquets at a well-known international hotel. He studies political science at Southeast Missouri State.

Daryl Madi

Chaplain
Daryl has been the Chaplain at Aberdeen Heights since September 2021. He has extensive experience in ministry at several churches in Missouri. He also has had fellowships at different churches and universities. Daryl received his Master of Divinity degree from Covenant Theological Seminary. His bachelor's degree is in metallurgical engineering from Lafayette College.

Sara Miller

Human Resources Manager
Sara joined Aberdeen Heights in April 2022. She has several years of experience in long-term care and senior living. Sara earned her Bachelor of Arts in Education at Southeast Missouri State and taught in the St Louis Public schools for many years. She has also worked in higher education for 20 years as an admissions advisor and recruiter. When she isn’t at work she volunteers at Stray Rescue of St. Louis, fostering and rescuing stray dogs. She also enjoys spending time with her husband traveling and going to football games. Sara has one adult daughter who is also a teacher.

Gail Henry

Business Office
Gail Henry joined Aberdeen Heights Business Office in August 2017, bringing 36 years of accounting experience. She has a Computer Application degree and certification in Accounting. Gail’s passions include her family, genealogy, travel and her home town San Francisco 49er’s!

Patrice Romeo

Senior Living Sales Specialist
Patti joined Aberdeen Heights in 2020 and brings more than 16 years of experience in senior living, with expertise in marketing and admissions, social services, and transportation. Before senior living, Patti worked in management at Target for 25 years. She has an Associate Degree in Retail Management. Patti enjoys reading, gardening, hiking, Cardinals Baseball, and spending time with her six grandchildren.
