Every member of the Aberdeen Heights management team is committed to serving and empowering others, and uplifting those in need through supportive care that goes far beyond the norm. The ideas, talents and efforts of these professionals set the tone for the life-enriching culture at Aberdeen Heights.
Christie Wolff has dedicated more than 30 years to senior living, and the heart of her work has always been relationships. For the past seven years at Aberdeen Heights—first as Marketing Director and now as Executive Director—she has been privileged to support a community that feels more like a family than a workplace.
Since stepping into the role of Executive Director in 2021, her focus has been simple: to create a culture where people feel seen, valued and genuinely cared for. Christie’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that every resident deserves to feel at home, every family deserves clarity and compassion, and every team member deserves a supportive environment where they can thrive. She leads with transparency, empathy and high expectations—not just for results, but for how people treat one another every day.
Under Christie’s leadership, Aberdeen Heights has reached 100% occupancy, strengthened team engagement and nurtured a culture built on trust, accountability and connection. Numbers matter, but to her, the true success is when residents smile, families express relief and gratitude, or when a team member grows into their potential because someone invested in them.
Throughout Christie’s career—whether serving as an administrator, in marketing or overseeing the entire campus—she has always believed that senior living is life-changing work. It is a privilege to walk with families during some of their most important transitions and to ensure that every person who enters the doors of Aberdeen Heights feels respected and supported.
Christie is grateful each day for the opportunity to lead a community that holds such deep meaning. For her, Aberdeen Heights is more than a workplace—it is a place where she can live out her values with a team she is proud of and residents who inspire her.
