CUISINE

We believe dining is as much about community and fellowship as it is about great food. And what better way to enjoy it all than by sharing a meal with friends who bring lively conversation to a beautiful environment? At Aberdeen Heights, mealtimes are some of our most popular activities, and you get to enjoy them surrounded by neighbors and friends. For breakfast, treat yourself to a complimentary continental breakfast with fresh coffee plus fruits, juices, cereals, oatmeal and bagels. At lunch, choose from freshly made soup or quiche of the day, hot and cold sandwiches and an array of tempting desserts.  And on Sundays, why not indulge in a leisurely brunch?

The dining room menu offers a three-course meal starting with the soup or salad of the day, followed by a selection of ever-changing entrées, side dishes and desserts, including healthy dining options. Here you’ll find a variety of nutritional choices at every meal, and if your diet requires substitutions or special accommodations, we’ll make them. Residents also meet monthly with our executive chef and food and beverage director to share feedback and offer suggestions. Many even submit favorite recipes that our chef prepares for the community to enjoy.
