Congratulations to Aberdeen Heights for winning the 2024 Pinnacle Customer Experience Award, earned because of positive customer feedback through telephone surveys.

Aberdeen Heights is proud to announce it won the 2024 Customer Experience Award from Pinnacle Quality Insight, a customer satisfaction measurement firm with 26 years of experience in senior care and senior living. Qualifying for the award for its health care center means Aberdeen Heights has placed in the top 15% of care providers nationwide across a 12-month average.

Aberdeen Heights continues to seek customer feedback through monthly telephone surveys. Each month, residents and their representatives are randomly selected to participate in telephone satisfaction surveys conducted by Pinnacle Quality Insight.
